  • Advantages of Playing the Piano: Split Attention
Split focus, also known as divided attention, is an essential component of playing the piano and can help you improve your concentration skills.
To play the piano, you must use both hands, read music, pay attention to the notes you’re playing, and use the pedals.
That’s lot to do at the same time!

Once you’ve mastered divided concentration at the piano, you’ll notice that your multitasking abilities in general will increase dramatically.

Advantages of Playing the Piano: It’s simple to learn!
Unlike other instruments, the piano is simple to learn.
    (It truly is!)
Learning to play the piano does not require any physical discomfort.
When learning to play brass or woodwind instrument, you must learn how to use your facial muscles and lips to make music.
Both are frequently uncomfortable and can discourage otherwise motivated pupils from continuing to learn.
All you have to do to play the piano is sit and press key.
Playing the piano is beneficial to your physical health. Regular piano practice provides players with a variety of physical and physiological benefits. It enhances dexterity and hand-eye coordination while sharpening fine motor abilities. Music has also been demonstrated to lower heart and respiratory rates, as well as cardiac problems, lower blood pressure, and boost immunological response. Playing the piano also strengthens your hands and arm muscles more than the ordinary individual.
