Vivo V27 Review
Introduction to Vivo V27
The quality dual glass design and color-changing back of the V27 were appealing to us. The 6.78-inch OLED screen achieved an excellent peak brightness of 1,055 nits, which is comparable to most current flagship models. Our test results showed a battery life of 134 hours, which is outstanding. The Dimensity 7200 from MediaTek performs wonderfully, with strong CPU and GPU benchmark results and excellent heat management with minimal to no throttling. The main camera’s photo and video quality, as well as the 50MP front-facing camera’s images, also left an impression on us.
The standard V27, which is essentially the same phone as the Pro, replaces the higher-end model’s Dimensity 8200 with a Dimensity 7200. And that’s pretty much it. The V27 costs around 15% less than the Pro for a similar RAM configuration, reflecting the slightly less powerful chipset (a few smaller CPU cores and a few fewer GPU cores overall).
As a result, the 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate is still something you receive with the V27. The three back cameras a 50MP primary, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro as well as the 50MP autofocusing selfie camera are all included. Thanks to the less taxing chip, the V27 might be able to eke out a little more endurance from the same 4,600mAh battery, and charging speed shouldn’t suffer either.
The V27 still includes a color-changing back panel in certain of its hues, which is excellent because the chipset is responsible for all of the cost savings and is a vivo tradition.
The V27’s softly curved display and further sleek design features are indicative of a high-end phone.
